"The Apartment Complex" is a 1999 television film directed by Tobe Hooper. In this movie, a guy named Stan becomes the manager of an apartment complex with weird tenants after the previous manager disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Things go downhill after he discovers a corpse in the complex's pool and gets blamed for murder. More bizarre things happen until he finds his life (and his sanity) in danger, and the weird tenants just may be his only hope. Tobe Hooper Films
