The Cartier Affair is a 1984 NBC TV movie that starred Knight Riders David Hasselhoff and Dynasty's Joan Collins, which also featured Kojak's Telly Savalas.

Plot

When Curt Taylor (David Hasselhoff) is about ready to be released from California State Prison in a few days, and having to face a lot of bullies. Curt now goes inside another prison cell to meet with the number one prison black mailer Phil Drexler (Telly Savalas). After being released from prison Curt is now an ex convict on the outside world.
