Tanalyk River, also known as the Bolshoi Nugush River ( _ru. Таналык), is a river in
Bashkortostan andOrenburg Oblast inRussia , a right tributary of theUral River . The length of the river is 225km , the area of itsdrainage basin is 4,160sq km . The Tanalyk freezes up in the second half of October - November and remains icebound until April. A town ofBaymak is located on the Tanalyk River.
