Epicles

Epicles

Epicles ("Epiklês") was an Ancient Greek medical writer who lived after Baccheius, and therefore probably in the second or first century BC.

Epicles is quoted by Erotianus, [Gloss. Hippoer. p. 16 (cited by Greenhill)] who wrote a commentary on the obsolete words found in the writings of Hippocrates, which he arranged in alphabetical order.
