Pamela Ann Rymer (born 1941, Knoxville, Tenn.) is a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.Cite web | url = http://www.fjc.gov/servlet/tGetInfo?jid=2083 | title = Rymer, Pamela Ann | work = Judges of the United States Courts | publisher = Federal Judicial Center, United States government | accessdate = 2008-08-18] She was nominated by President George H. W. Bush on February 28, 1989, to a seat vacated by Anthony Mcleod Kennedy, confirmed by the Senate on May 18, 1989, and received her commission on May 22, 1989. Prior to her place on the Ninth Circuit, Rymer was a judge on the Central District of California, where she was nominated by President Ronald Reagan.

Rymer attended Vassar College as an undergrad and received her law degree from Stanford Law School in 1964. In that same year, worked for the Barry Goldwater presidential campaign. From 1966 through 1983, Rymer worked in private practice in Los Angeles.
