William Gradwell-Goodwin

Sir William V'Alters Summers Gradwell-Goodwin [Some sources spell his surname without the hyphen.] (died 26 January 1942 [Death Notice, "The Times", 29 January 1942] ) was the Mayor of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, England, from 1913 to the 1920s.
