Mary Whipple (born 10 May 1980 in Sacramento, California) is an American coxswain. She competed at the 2008 Summer Olympics, where she won a gold medal in women's eight, and at the 2004 Summer Olympics where she won a silver medal. As a coxswain, Whipple stands 5'3" and weighs in at 108 lbs.[1]

Mary has a twin sister Sarah. Sarah is an assistant coach for Women's Crew at the University of California at Berkeley.[2]
