August Geiger (
1887 inNew Haven ,Connecticut - ? ) was one of the most prominent Americanarchitect s inSouth Florida from 1905 to the late 1940's.In 1905, he moved to Miami and worked at a local architectural firm for 6 years. In 1911, he open his own firm and in 1915 opened a second office in
Palm Beach . He was the architect for the Dade County School Board.Some of his projects were:
