3D Realization

3D Realization

3D Realization is a hands-on creative process which was introduced to describe a process involved in packaging and product design. There are 4 primary 3D Realization solutions which are:

1. Comps and Mock Ups –This process provides solutions to complex product or sales mock-ups. There are four facets of 3D Realization Comps and Mock Ups:
* Packaging Engineering
* Design Mockups
* Hero Beauty Comps
* Sales Samples

2. Digital 3D –This process provides digital imaging solutions for retail environments, packaging, and product visualization. It also offers a broad range of marketing applications such as:
* 3D Geometry Creation
* Photo-real Product Imaging
* Photo-real Packaging
* Photo-real Environments
* Motion Graphics and Animation

3. Model Making – A realization process that can include:
* Sculpting & Maquettes
* Pattern Making
* Vacuum Forming, Molding & Fabrication
* 3D CAD Model Development
* Digital 3D Printing

4. Prototyping –An integral part of 3D realization, prototyping is developed to determine form, fit, and function testing and well as evaluation and usability testing of given products. In this Realization process, there are 2 types of Prototyping: Rapid and Functional.
*Rapid Prototyping, high-speed SLA parts to 3D printing and injection-molded plastics are utilized to ensure speed of delivery.
*Functional Prototypes, products are brought to life using cutting edge manufacturing technologies and electronic engineering.
