Mamaylı (also, Mamayly) is an old Turkic (Tatar) village and municipality in the Qabala Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 870. The municipality consists of the villages of Mamaylı and Ocullu.[1]

Origin of the name Mamaylı is coming from the great Tatar-Turk khan-Mamay who had congured large lands starting from Asia to Europe
