St. Philip's Catholic Church

Saint Philip's Catholic Church and Cemetery (Hirschville, ND)NE Quarter of the NW Quarter of Township 141 N Range 94 W Section 2

St. Philip's Church was built in 1909 on land donated by Casper and Marianna Hirsch, to serve primarily the German speaking immigrants from Hungary. A larger church was built in 1916. The rectory had been built in 1928 and later removed in 1972.
