According to the credits, the woman Timmy works for in this film is State Senator Lauren Platt. In Third Man Out, the name cited in both the credits and the dialogue for the senator he is the chief aide for is Dianne Glassman. Although it is entirely feasible that Callahan could have gone from working as a staffer from one state senator to another, an effort to reconcile the discrepancy using that explanation is undermined by both characters being played by the same actress.
