Vazda Studios

Founded in 1987, Vazda Studios is a post-production and full-service production studio located in Birmingham, Alabama. Vazda Studios provides services in HD shooting & production, special effects, video/film editing, production, animation & design, multimedia authoring, and media duplication. Vazda’s work has gained notoriety from some of the finest minds in the industry, as noted by its long list of awards below.

The studios are located in the historic Roger’s Trading Post Building, designed by architect William Leslie Welton in 1928. As the largest production facility in Alabama, Vazda Studios is equipped with five editing studios and three animation and graphic stations, and uses the best in class applications for its post production work, including AutoDesk's Smoke/Flame, Adobe After Effects, and [Final Cut Pro] , among others.

Notable Personnel

*Randy Mihalchik is the President of Vazda Studios. He was perviously the General Manager of Manhattan Transfer in Miami, Florida and has led production work for major agencies including Crispin Porter, JWT, and Saatchi, among others.
