MSP Intermark

MSP Intermark is a full-service advertising agency and management consultancy located in San Francisco. The agency serves clients on both a regional and national basis.

MSP Intermark employs over 200 people located in sister offices throughout the United States—Los Angeles, Denver, Oklahoma City, Dallas, and Birmingham. It also owns Vazda Studios, a 30-person production facility.

Founders

In 2001, Mark Madison and Bob Sproul founded Madison Sproul & Partners. In 2007, the agency sold a controlling interest to the Intermark Group and were renamed MSP Intermark.

Bob Sproul (born February 1947), grandson of Robert Gordon Sproul, has worked in the advertising business for almost thirty years. He has served as a senior executive in San Francisco and New York and been partner in several Bay Area firms. Mark Madison (born February 1967) is the Managing Partner and heads Strategy & Planning. He has non-profit, B2C, and B2B experience. Clients have included IUGM Rescue Missions, Catholic Charities, Clorox, Boise, Tyson, First American Title, Wells Fargo, Oracle, Sterling Commerce, Tibco and many others. He currently lives in Marin, CA.
