"I'm Outta Time" is a song by English rock band Oasis written by lead vocalist Liam Gallagher. The song is rumoured to be the second single from their upcoming seventh studio album "Dig Out Your Soul", after the band were possibly seen shooting a video for the song in Bourton-on-the-Water, England. [http://www.nme.com/news/oasis/38825] The song includes a sample of speech from John Lennon, taken two days before his death. NME applauded the song and has called it a "beautiful, beautiful ballad". Noel Gallagher has called the song "deceptively brilliant" and "one for the ladies".The song was played on Russell Brand's Radio 2 programme on October 4, 2008, which gives some indication that it will be the second single from the album. It was first performed live on October 7, 2008 in Liverpool.
