El Matan ( _he. אל מתן, lit. "Towards Matan" or "God's Gift") is an Israeli settlement outpost in the West Bank. Located around a kilometre south (and inside the official boundaries) of Ma'ale Shomron, it falls under the jurisdiction of Shomron Regional Council. It was established in 2000 by a group of religious youths from nearby settlements (Karnei Shomron and Ma'ale Shomron). It is home to around 11 families.
