Reginald Foskett

Reginald Foskett was the fourth Anglican Bishop of Penrith in the modern era [ " New Bishop Of Penrith" The Times Wednesday, May 31, 1967; pg. 12; Issue 56955; col E] . Born in 1909 [“Who was Who” 1897-2007 London, A & C Black, 1991 ISBN 9780199540877 ] he was educated at Derby School and Keble College, Oxford and ordained priest in 1933.
