Rangemore is a village in the county borough of East Staffordshire, situated approximately four miles south west of the town of Burton upon Trent, on a ridge of high ground approximately one mile due west of the village of Tatenhill.

Rangemore stands in Needwood Forest, which is part of the National Forest.

The parish church of Rangemore is All Saints, under the Diocese of Lichfield. All Saints was built in 1866-7 to the designs of the great gothic architect, William Butterfield for Thomas Bass with a chancel by Bodley added in 1895.

In 1860, Michael Thomas Bass, head of Bass, Ratcliff and Gretton and his family moved into Rangemore Hall. Lord Burton reconstructed and extended the house in Italianate style in 1898. The grounds, which include a 2½ acre lake, were landscaped by Sir Joseph Paxton (1803-1865). The Bass family sold the Hall in 1949.

The National Football Centre (NFC) of the English National Team is due to be finished at nearby Byrkley Lodge in 2010.
