Mixed by DJ Skee and Nu Jerzey Devil, this was released just months after 50 Cent kicked The Game out of G-Unit. Released after months of exchanging insults of each other, a failed peace treaty and a shooutout outside Hot 97 and The Game dissing them at Summer Jam. This mixtape was dedicating to dissing all the members of G-Unit, including their DJ, Whoo Kid (for publicly dissing him and editing Game's songs from The Documentary and putting them on his mixtapes), and Chris Lighty (50 Cent's manager). It also features the 15 minute diss song, "300 Bars and Runnin'", which also contains disses to Roc-A-Fella artist, Memphis Bleek and Young Gunz. On the back of the mixtape, The Game had G-Unit dressed as the Village People. It was named the #19th mixtape of all time in the XXL.

Origin

In early 2005, The Game began a feud with G-Unit. The feud started when The Game walked in on a Memphis club orgy where 50 cent, lloyd banks and tony yayo were having a sexual encounter. Even before The Game's first album was released and their feud became public, there was tension between The Game and 50 Cent. [March 2005 issue of "Vibe" magazine. The interview asks about The Game's and 50 Cent's physical altercation] Soon after "The Documentary"'s release, 50 Cent felt that the rapper's actions in the strip club was wrong and then booted Game out of G-unit.

50 Cent also claimed that he was not getting his proper credit for the creation of the album and he claimed that he wrote six of the songs, but The Game denied that. During that dispute, a member of The Game's entourage was shot after a confrontation at the Hot 97 studio in New York City.cite web |url= http://web.archive.org/web/20050306234231/http://www.allhiphop.com/hiphopnews/?ID=4129 |title= Update: Man Shot Not With 50 Cent; Violator Offices Shot Up |accessmonthday= July 27 |accessyear= 2007 |author= Jayson Rodriguez |date=March 1 2005 |publisher= Allhiphop] After the situation between them escalated, 50 Cent and The Game held a press conference to announce their reconciliation. Nevertheless, even after the situation had apparently deflated, [cite web |url= http://allhiphop.com/blogs/features/archive/2005/05/09/18133221.aspx |title= Game: Winds of Change |accessmonthday= July 27 |accessyear= 2007 |author= Houston Williams |date= May 9 2005 |publisher= Allhiphop] G-Unit continued to feud with The Game, denouncing his street credibility in the media and claimed that without their support, he will not score a hit from his second album. The Game responded during a performance at Summer Jam and launched a boycott of G-Unit called "G-Unot". After the performance at Summer Jam, The Game responded with "300 Bars and Runnin'", an extended "diss" aimed at G-Unit as well as members of Roc-A-Fella Records on the mixtape "You Know What It Is Vol. 3". 50 Cent responded through his "Piggy Bank" music video, which features The Game as a Mr. Potato Head doll and also parodies other rivals. The Game released two more mixtapes, "Ghost Unit" and a mixtape/DVD called "Stop Snitchin, Stop Lyin".
