Rollin was written by Michael Riedel from SAV Creation and published by Ticsoft, who among others also published Road Hog! and Flying Tigerscite web | title = Games published by Ticsoft | url= http://www.mobygames.com/browse/games/ticsoft/ | accessdate = 2008-08-10 ] .

Rollin is a quick game which requires a lot of skill and intellectual power. Object of the game is to maneuver the ball from the start to the goal. The ball follows the laws of gravity, momentum and the conservation of energy. Various dangers and problems have to be mastered. Up to 2 players can play the game with either the keyboard, mouse or 2 joysticks.

A friendware version of the game was distributed with Limited Distribution License:

"This product is being distributed as friendware. That is, you can passcopies along to friends as long as you do not charge for it. Thisincludes charging for the disk that the product is placed on. No feeof any kind can be charged unless a distribution agreement is signedwith an authorized Ticsoft distributor.

Distribution of this product via BBS is acceptable."

Gameplay

You're transformed into a ball by an evil scientist. Now you must roll your way through various mazes if you hope to survive. Your goal is to roll your marble around the level, collecting items and gold (in order to buy keys or other items at shops) in order to eventually get to the level's exit.

You'll encounter monsters, keys, doors, trampolines, acid to destroy walls, and more.
