Lewis Chalmers (born 4 December 1986 in Manchester) is an English professional footballer with Aldershot Town. He has also represented the England C national football team. As a youth, Chalmers had a spells with Manchester City and Accrington Stanley.

Chalmers joined Aldershot Town from Altrincham in June 2007.cite news

He won the double with Aldershot Town, winning the Conference League Cup and Conference National in the 2007–08 season, in addition to reaching the semi-final of the FA Trophy.
