Located at 2990 S Cashua Dr in Florence, South Carolina, the Transfiguration Church was been prclaiming the ancient Christian Faith since 1962. The parish is currently undergoing a major renovation and addition to the Church. Services are held each Sunday at 10:00am and visitors are always welcome.
Like most Greek Orthodox Churches in America, Transfiguration also sponsors an annual Greek Festival through which the parish contributes 7.5% of all net proceeds to local charitable efforts.
The current pastor of Transfiguration Church is Father Athanasios C Haros who has been pastor since June 15, 2008.
