Michael Pat Skipper (born 1960) is a Canadian born television actor, film actor and voice actor. Pat is probably best known for playing as Carducci in the (1996) Action/Horror film , Mason Strode from Halloween (2007 film), Seabiscuit's Vet from Seabiscuit (film) (2003), Bob from Fits and Starts, and Agent Ellroy from Chain of Command.
