Sashi P. Reddi is founder and chairman of AppLabs Technologies [cite web|url=http://www.applabs.com/html/boardofdirectors.html|date=August 7, 2008|title=AppLabs Board of Directors|] , a software testing company based in Philadelphia, US. Sashi is also a founder and chairman of FXLabs [cite web
url=http://www.fxlabs.com/sr_mgmt.php|date=August 7, 2008|title=Senior Management at FXLabs] , a developer of high quality game products in India for PC’s and Videogame consoles. Sashi has started two other companies prior to AppLabs. His first company was EZPower Systems which developed products for building and maintaining large-scale web applications. EZPower was acquired by DocuCorp International (Nasdaq: DOCC) [cite web|url=http://www.allbusiness.com/technology/computer-software-document-management/668010-1.html|date=March 2, 1998|title=DocuCorp buys Web-enabled document management product developer] , a Safeguard Scientifics company.

Following DocuCorp, Sashi founded iCoop to provide group purchasing software to serve the specific needs of co-operative businesses such as Dunkin Donuts [cite web|url=http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/News/News_By_Industry/Story_of_the_market_leader_in_testing_services/articleshow/2421032.cms|date=October 2, 2007|title=Story of the market leader in testing services|] . He began his career consulting on technology and strategy to Fortune 500 companies in the travel, financial services, automotive and consumer packaged goods industries.

Sashi received his BTech (Bachelor of Science) degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi, India.
