Tannishtha Chatterjee (Devanāgarī:तनिष्ठा चटर्जी) is a Delhi born Indian actress. Known for her performance in the film adaptation of Monica Ali's best selling novel Brick Lane. Tannishtha 's performance got appreciated in german film Shadows of Time. It took her to International film festivals like Toronto and Berlin. Her work in a British film Brick lane directed by Sarah Gavron gave her international exposure and recognition.
