During the development of "", the role of the Cyborg Ninja, was recasted to
Rob Paulsen , although Eagles did reprise the role of the DARPA Chief, the other character he portrayed in the original game. This led to a report that the original voice actor for the Cyborg Ninja had passed away, which led to the recast. In an informal telephone interview with a fan conducted in 2003, Eagles stated that he was surprised to learn there were rumors of his death.
