The Işalniţa Power Station is a large thermal power plant located in Işalniţa, Dolj County having 8 generation groups, 3 of 50 MW, 1 of 55 MW, 2 of 100 MW and 2 groups of 315 MW having a total electricity generation capacity of 1,035 MW.
