This movie about three friends Soorya(Ramesh Aravind), Shashank(Akshay Anand) and Bhoomi(Hema). After fining their undergraduate studies, Shashank going to US for higher studies. Soorya Starts his business in his native. Bhoomi stays at home, after long 3 years Shashank coming back to India, and start abusing India on his way from Airport and keep telling America is Great. while his Stay in India his family fix marriage with Bhoomi. But in other side Soorya loves Bhoomi inside and try to tell her using recorded audio tape and keeps it in Bhoomi's room he didnt know that she is getting married to Shashank.

Same evening Soorya comes to know they are getting married. He is confused and rush to Bhoomi's house to get the audio tape back, before he could reach her house some ones get that tape and misplace it with some other. Get unknowingly get other tape and destroys it by throwing into nearby river. After marriage Shashank and Bhoomi left to US.

Everything was going fine, but one day Shashank loosing his job. Starts drinking, meanwhile one day Soorya goes to US for Business vist, but Egoistic-Shashak wont come to pick him up in Airport, Soorya Goes to his place by catching a cab. Some days later they all together going to some Party hosted by NRIs in us, but some man abuses India and Soorya hits that man, it makes Shashank to get Angry he hits soorya.

One day Bhoomi Plays a audio in car and its the same tape recorded by Soorya before in India, it was came with Bhoomi's bag from India. Shashank start doubting Bhoomi. On Bhoomi's birthday Soorya gifts her a cute rabbit. it makes Shashank to feel jealous.

Soorya backs to India, meanwhile one day Bhoomi was searching for her Rabbit(Minchu), but couldn't find her, Shashank tells her he already ate it. They both starts arguing, Bhoomi starts staying separate from Shashank. One day Shashank thinks what he have done and feels very bad. he calls Soorya and apologies him. Soorya forgives him and comes to know Bhoomi stays separate from him. He Asks Shashank to not to take any steps until he comes to US, and Soorya leaves for US.

From California Airport Soorya calls Shashank and promises him that he will pick him from Airport. On the way He met with horrified Accident and Shashank was informed by Airport authorities and he rush to Hospital. Meanwhile Bhoomi also get the news about Shashank and she too rushes to hospital. In hospital They meet Shashank and he apologize both and tells I'm going to die.Doctor takes him to ICU and where he dies.

Soorya alone manages all legal formalities and it makes Bhoomi feel proud of him. Soorya asks Bhoomi to come back to India but she denies it. by mistake he tells that he was loving her, but Bhoomi tells she cant love or marry him, cos he is her best friend and like to be that same for lifetime. Soorya insists her to comeback to India and give her a return ticket and tels her he will wait in Airport. Finally Bhoomi comes and tell him that, she would like make an achievement and again tells him she wont marry him," LETS BE FRIENDS FOR LIFETIME"
