Rauno Alliku (born March 2, 1990) is a Estonian professional footballer, who plays in Estonian Meistriliiga, for FC Flora Tallinn, currently loaned to FC Pärnu Vaprus. He plays the position of striker. He is also a member of Estonia national under-19 football team.

He scored his first Meistriliiga goal on August 23, 2008, in the 16th minute in a 5-1 lost against JK Nõmme Kalju.
