"Scooby-Doo and the Goblin King" is the 12th Scooby-Doo direct-to-video film series, produced by Warner Bros. Animation (though it used a Hanna-Barbera logo at the end of the movie). It was dedicated to Paulette Oates, whom helped resurrect Warner Bros. Animation in the late 1980s. All the main voice actors of the Mystery, Inc. was confirmed to reprise their roles. Plot

On Halloween at a carnival, Shaggy and Scooby reveal magician the Amazing Krudsky as a fake, so he decides to get revenge by becoming the amazing goblin king. He attempts to catch a fairy princess, who gives him the power to take over and become magical and powerful. His plot is to steal the goblin king's main weapon and turn everyone into Halloween monsters at the stroke of midnight. This is when Shaggy and Scooby are sent on a mission to stop Krudsky and the goblin king and save Coolsville from Halloween transformation. Fred, Daphne, and Velma, meanwhile have no clue where Shaggy and Scooby are, so they decide to go look for them back at the carnival, where they discover Krudsky summoning the goblin king and setting their plan. Shaggy and Scooby nearly complete their mission (before getting caught by the goblins), but manage to escape prison via broomstick and fly back to the carnival, where the goblin king is to hand over his mystical power to Krudsky for the fairy princess. At that moment, Fred, Daphne, and Velma nearly suceed capturing them, but only the goblin king is caught. Krudsky brings the Mystery Machine alive with his new power and makes it chase them to the ferris wheel, where he himself zaps them with his weapon, turning Fred into a vampire, Velma into a werewolf, and Daphne into a witch!

But it is not all over yet. Scooby and Shaggy arrive at that moment on the broomstick, succeeding in defeating Krudsky. We then find out that the fairy princess is actually the goblin king's daughter. The goblin king then takes him away by himself, causing Krudsky to shout, "I want my mommy!" Fred, Velma, and Daphne's memories are taken away, and when they ask what's been going on, Shaggy explains to them that they wouldn't believe them if they told.
