The Rt Rev. Michael Frederick Gear is a former Suffragan Bishop of Doncaster [Crockfords, (London, Church House 1995) ISBN 0715180886 ] . He was born on 27 November 1934 and educated at St John's College, Durham [Who’s Who,1992 London, A & C Black ISBN 0713635142] .
