Lennart Hartmann (born on April 3, 1991) is a German footballer who plays as a midfielder for Hertha Berlin.

Career

Club career

Hartmann started his professional career with Hertha Berlin, making his first appearance on July 31, 2008 in the UEFA Cup 2008–09 first qualifying round 2nd leg against Nistru Otaci. He made his Bundesliga debut on August 17, 2008 in the opening fixture against Eintracht Frankfurt when he came on in the 67th minute replacing Gojko Kacar. The appearance made him the youngest player ever to play for Hertha Berlin in the Bundesliga and the sixth youngest player ever to play in the Bundesliga, at the age of 17 years and 103 days.

International

He is currently a member of the Germany national under-17 football team.
