David Brownfield Porter

David Brownfield Porter (1906–1993) was the suffragan Bishop of Aston from 1962 to 1972. He was born in Wandsworth, London on the 10 May 1906 and educated at Hertford College, Oxford. "www.headington.org.uk".] and then Darlington. From 1947 he was Rector of St John's, Princes Street, Edinburgh. He died on the 14 May 1993, aged 87 years old.
