"The Weird Villa" is a Khmer psychologist horror based on true story during the French invasion of Cambodia.

Plot

A family who lived in a big villa very happy for outside but for the inside that kept many secret and mystery thing includig the terror and horror about the mystery death of the villa's mastress and the unknown missing of a son's girlfriend who turned to the deadful spirit, cursed around the house. One day, a young woman went to work in the villa and soon unlock the secret of the new mastress that finally had payed everything for everyone that she killed with the dead of her own daughter.

Box office

This film hited khmer box office srongly with the high grossing weekend. the film considered as One of most psychologist film in Cambodia of 2004 with the mystery plot and intelligent story. For example: Popular magazine said" The Weird Villa brings us a terrifying with the psychologist but lives at the haunted house and reminds us of south korea 2003 a Tale of two sisters".
