Battle of Aldenhoven (1794)

The Battle of Aldenhoven was fought on October 2, 1794, and resulted in a French victory under General Jourdan against the Austrian army under General Clairfayt. The battle took place near the town of Aldenhoven, 20 km northeast of Aachen, in present Germany.
