February 1 ,1912 –June 28 ,1985 ) was an American actor.After graduating from the
Rice Institute , Craig began appearing in films in 1937, most often inB-movies and serials. In 1939, he appeared in theThree Stooges ' "Oil's Well that Ends Well". He received critical praise (and a step up to A movies) when he played a New Hampshire farmer who sells his soul in "All That Money Can Buy " (1941). He also appeared in the films "The Man They Could Not Hang " (1939), "Kitty Foyle" (1940), "Lost Angel" (1943), "The Human Comedy" (1943), "Kismet" (1944), "Gentle Annie" (1944), "Side Street " (1950) and "Naked in the Sun " (1957).After retiring from films, Craig became a successful real estate agent. He died of lung cancer at the age of 74.
