Arsalan Kazemi Naeni (PerB|ارسلان كاظمی, born in 1990 in Esfahan, Iran) is an Iranian basketball player. He currently resides in Houston, Texas.

He is the captain of the Iranian under-18 national basketball team and has previously played for Zob Ahan Esfahan BC in the Iranian Super League.
