speed=The Type 38 10 cm Cannon was a field gun used by the Japanese Army duringWorld War I , the2nd Sino-Japanese War andWorld War II . It appears to have been a licensed copy of a1905 Krupp design. Early guns may have been built by Krupp itself. By 1941 it was thoroughly obsolete and relegated to second-line service. Weapons captured by the Chinese remained in use at least through theChinese Civil War .Data is from Chamberlain & Gander.
