speed=The Type 38 10 cm Cannon was a field gun used by the Japanese Army during World War I, the 2nd Sino-Japanese War and World War II. It appears to have been a licensed copy of a 1905 Krupp design. Early guns may have been built by Krupp itself. By 1941 it was thoroughly obsolete and relegated to second-line service. Weapons captured by the Chinese remained in use at least through the Chinese Civil War.
