"Jeonggwa", or also spelled "jeongwa" is a variety of "hangwa" or Korean traditional confectionery made by boiling fruits, plant roots, seeds in honey, mulyeot (물엿, liquid candy) or sugar. It is similar to jam, marmalade or jelly.
