Overview

The first championship had all games organized and played in Moscow, presumably on the Dynamo Stadium. Each team played with every other one one time. The points were awarded in the following manner: 3 for win, 2 for draw, and 1 for a loss. No teams were relageted to the "B" Group rather it was extended to 8 teams in the autumn championship.
