Wil Culmer (born November 11, 1957 in Nassau, Bahamas, died November 14, 2003 in Nassau, Bahamas) was a Major League Baseball player for the Cleveland Indians. He was originally signed by the Philadelphia Phillies in 1977 before being traded to the Indians in 1982.
