Natasha Khan ( born 26th March 1984 ), is a musician from Islamabad, Pakistan.

Background

Natasha Khan was born to Pakistani muslim parents Islamabad, Pakistan. She taught music as a subject in Islamabad in OPF till high school and then she started LLB from TILS, currently on a break from studies for her album which is due to be released this year 2008. [I am currently doing my LLB in London from TILS and will be coming back to Islamabad to release my debut album Meri Daastan in 2008, said Natasha Khan in an interview.]

Musical career

Khan was born with an ambition of being a musician. She is the first female rock artist of Pakistan after Candy from Milestones. In 2005, khan released her first video Aag directed by Rana Farooq. [The song was on 3rd position for more than three weeks, and hits the top position in many music channels of Pakistan. (THE MUSIK)] Aag was produced by the Classical Rock Guitarist and music Director Zeejah Fazli. Since that was her first and last video until now, her disappearance left her fans wondering about her comeback. Two of her songs were part of Telefilm Karwat produced and directed by Laila Leghari [KARWAT a masterpiece drama Karwat by Laila Leghari will be aired on ARY Digital. It has two tracks by Aag girl Natasha Khan. (ARY DIGITAL)] . She is currently working on her debut album Meri Daastan which will be released this year. Her much awaited video Meri Awaz is due to be released this summer and according to the news, the video will be directed by Umar Anwar "The man behind the music video of Aadat by Jal". [The video will be directed by Umar Anwar in Islamabad. The news is not confirmed yet by the singer.]

Trivia

Aag is available in various websites on internet. But, their is a track called Baojee and it is considered as Natasha Khan's song. Recently it was confirmed by a singer that she has released only one song yet in 2005. The girl behind the track Baojee is actually Natasha Ali.
