Alien Guts

Alien Guts

is a fictional race of bird-like aliens that were originally featured in the 1967 tokusatsu TV series, "Ultra Seven". They appeared in a two-part story in episodes 39 and 40.

The Guts Aliens' subtitle is nihongo|One's Double Alien|分身宇宙人|Bunsin Utyūzin; a reference to their ability to create dangerous doubles of themselves when in battle.

Ultra Seven

Stats

When giant sized, thier height is around 40 Meters tall, and weighs around 40,000 Tons.

After sending the dinosaur-like monster Aron to test Ultraseven's various powers and abilities, the Guts then formed a plan against the alien hero using the gathered data. After a brief nighttime encounter that resulted in the death of Ultraseven's trusted Capsule Monster, Windom, a giant sized Guts fought with Ultraseven in a second, daytime encounter.

With the help of the giant Guts' own double, Ultraseven was defeated and then held prisoner in a crucifix shaped containment device, from which the alien hero was to be publicly executed, and thus send mankind into absolute despair and open to the aliens' invasion.

However the Ultra Garrison of the Terrestrial Defense Forces (and of whom Ultraseven in the human guise of Dan Moroboshi is a member of), were able to energized the captured superhero with a rare (and likely fictional) mineral, allowing him to escape from his imprisonment. Once freed, Ultraseven aptly destroys the Guts Aliens within their spaceships.

When the series was dubbed for Turner Network Television, the Guts were renamed the Buffins of Abadon.
