The Roman Catholic Diocese of Mannar (Lat: "Dioecesis Mannarensis") is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in Sri Lanka.
Erected as the Diocese of Mannar in 1981, from territory in the Diocese of Jaffna, the diocese is suffragan to the Archdiocese of Colombo.
The current bishop is Rayappu Joseph , appointed in 1992.
