Biography

Early life

Alejandro Alcondez was born August 3, 1970 in Jalisco Mexico. Both parents were born and raised in Jalisco, Mexico. Alejandro comes from a family of 9, he is the 5th child. Alcondez attended the University of Guadalajara where he majored in Civil Engineering.

As an adolescent his spare time was used for reading and watching movies. He remembers telling his friends “one day you will see me on the big screen” soon after he was know as the dreamer. One afternoon Alcondez went to see a movie starring Mexican actor Mario Almada, it was then that he knew acting was his dream and his passion. Set realistic goals, work hard put your heart and soul into them, once you accomplish those goals set new ones until you feel accomplished and satisfied. There is no such thing as good luck, have faith, believe in yourself and your dreams will come true."

Alcondez quickly found himself working in Theater Production Plays. He participated as a writer, producer, lead actor and director in approximately 17 productions.

Career In Mexico

Shortly thereafter Alcondez founded Producciones Alejandro Alcondez and decided to produce his first film. Alejandro called upon Mexican actor Mario Almada (actor) he produced the film he also wrote the story and had a lead part along side Mario Almada. The film was directed by Alberto Mariscal.

Alcondez continued to film as a producer, writer, director and lead actor in a large number of films alongside Mexican actors Luis Aguilar, Sergio Goyri, Jorge Reynoso, Hugo Stiglitz, Fernando Almada, Fernando Saenz, Manuel Ojeda, Luis de Alba, Cesar Bono, Jaime Fernandez, Miguel Angel Rodriguez, Bernabe Melendrez, Los Tucanes de Tijuana, Patricia Rivera, Roxana San Juan, Karla Barahona, Rebeca Silva, Lorena Velasquez, Lina Santos, and Rosenda Bernal, just to name a few. Alcondez has also starred in many film productions produced by Mr. Delfino Lopez of Baja Films.

Career In Hollywood

Alcondez decided that he was ready for Hollywood and founded his American production company Alejandro Alcondez Pictures which produces English and Spanish movies for worldwide distribution. After many years of preparation and hard work, he was ready to produce his first English speaking film entitled "Cielito Lindo". Future Projects

Alcondez has a few pending projects beginning in 2009, one of which is a suspense thriller tentatively entitled "Echoes of a Broken Mind", which is scheduled for production in early 2008.
