Anna Kotchneva Liukin ( _ru. Анна Кочнева Люкин - Anna Kotchneva Liukin) (born January 25, 1970 in Moscow) is a former Soviet rhythmic gymnast. She is the 1987 World Champion in clubs, the 1987 World bronze medalist in the hoop, and the 1987 World co-bronze medalist in the rope with Marina Lobatch.

Liukin is married to Valeri Liukin. Their daughter, Nastia Liukin, is an American artistic gymnast, who won the individual all-round gold medal for the United States at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, as well as a team silver medal, silver medals for the individual apparatus competitions on the uneven bars and the balance beam, and a bronze for the floor exercise.
