Next = Al Loses His Cherry"Peggy Sue Got Work" is the ninth episode of Fox's hit comedy show, "Married... with Children". It was written by Ellen L. Fogle, and originally aired on May 31, 1987.

Plot

When Peggy wants to get a VCR, he devises ways to convince Al to buy him one. However, when Marcy considers she is demeaning herself to get it, she suggests her to get a job. Through her contacts, Marcy gets Peggy a job at Muldin's, a department store, in the clock/watch department.

Already tired from work after a couple of days, Peggy decides she wants to quit. However, she refuses because she thinks if she does, Al would use it against her because he would be the only one that works. On the other hand, Al - left to take care of the kids - wonders how he can get Peggy to quit without asking her to. Ultimately, both use the kids, without the other knowing, to ask Peggy to quit.
