The album was originally released on the Celluloid label in 1983 and has been susequently rereleased on the Charly label. It is the first recorded meeting of John Zorn and Derek Bailey. Zorn and Lewis would collaborate futher on "News for Lulu" (1988)and "More News for Lulu" (1993) with Bill Frisell.
