Talaat Mostafa Group (Arabic:مجموعة طلعت مصطفى) is a business group in Egypt. The group focuses on developing advanced real estate. However, the group also has other sectors it works on, most important perhaps is construction, manufacturing building materials and the farming sector. The Company was founded by Talaat Mostafa and his son, Hisham is the current Executive Director. The Company has undergone several projects within Real Estate and Tourism such as; San Stefano Grand Plaza, Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh, Al Rehab resort and perhaps their most ambitious yet is the city Madinaty which literally means 'My City' in Arabic.

The Talaat Mostafa family owns 51% of the group's total stock, the rest is owned by Egyptian and Arab investors. The group is estimated to be worth 19.3 billion Egyptian Pounds, the group also has a working force of about 10 Thousand workers. In November 2007 the companies stocks were made public.
