nihongo|Tsugaru Tsuguakira|津軽承昭| (September 7, 1840-July 19, 1916) was a Japanese daimyo of the Edo period, who ruled the Hirosaki Domain. His court title was "Tosa no kami". Under his leadership, the Hirosaki domain reorganized and modernized its military force. In the Boshin War of 1868-69, these modernized Hirosaki forces took part in the final assault on the Republic of Ezo. He was created count in 1884.

Tsuguakira was created count in 1884. He later worked as a supervisor in the nihongo|Number 15 National Bank|第十五国立銀行|Dai jūgo kokuritsu ginkō.
